ZXS Enterprises is a Newark-based holding company founded by Ziyyon X. Smith, operating across venture partnerships, equity stakes, hard asset ownership, and a strategic consulting arm that develops internal operations infrastructure and pitch decks for businesses positioned to scale.

Smith's foundation was built executing and scaling projects for others like events, productions, and early-stage ventures. This gave him an intimate understanding of how capital flows, where systems break, and what separates ideas from institutions. That vantage point shaped a sharper ambition: not to build for others indefinitely, but to structure ownership.

ZXS now operates at the intersection of capital, land, and long-term value creation. The company’s focus spans urban asset acquisition, ground lease structuring, and impact aligned development, along with particular attention to markets like Newark where permanence has historically been denied. The goal is not the flip. It is the structure that outlives the transaction.

Beyond the company, Smith brings a rare dual fluency both institutional and creative. His background extends into the entertainment industry where he served as a songwriter, vocalist, model and into community work. From public art initiatives to neighborhood agriculture a 2020 graduate of Newark's Arts High School, he carries the city not as a credential but as a conviction.
